Based in his office in Chesham, Martin is happy to see you there by prior appointment. Alternatively, he can visit you at your office or at your home where that is more suitable. Evenings or weekend appointments can be arranged if necessary too.

Notaries

A Notary Public is a qualified lawyer - a member of the third and oldest branch of the legal profession in the United Kingdom appointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and can trace its origins to Roman times.

Notaries are mainly concerned with the preparation and authentication of documents for use abroad. A Notary's signature and seal is accepted and recognised as valid throughout the world. Not all solicitors are Notaries, in fact there are only around 900 Notaries throughout England and Wales.
